Simply tap any device supporting NFC technology on your Digital Card / ID Tag and access the online profile, share profile, gather leads, and grow your network.
ANY SPECIFIC DEVICE OR APP REQUIRED TO READ DIGITAL BUSINESS CARDS?
Our digital cards can be personalized, are compatible with all modern devices – Apple, Android, Huawei, and Microsoft – and require no app.
WHAT IS THE TECHNOLOGY USED FOR DIGITAL BUSINESS CARDS / PETS ID TAG?
We are using the Near Field Communication (NFC) technology that allows users to make secure transactions, exchange digital content, and connect electronic devices with a touch. NFC transmissions are short range (from a touch to a few centimeters) and require the devices to be in close proximity.
FOR HOW MANY TIMES NFC PRODUCTS CAN BE USED?
Oxyfiz is using a very high standard of NFC products that can be used for more than 50,000 times, which is equal to 5 years of use, with average of 25 times of use per day.
CAN NFC PRODUCTS BE CUSTOMIZED WITH MY NAME, PHOTO, BUSINESS NAME, LOGO AND OTHER INFO?
Oxyfiz will customize your Digital Business Card with all information that you included on your paper business card, rest of products will come as standard products with Oxyfiz logo on them. However, companies with multiple number of business cards can request full customization for all products after confirming the same with our Customer Happiness Agents. And in this case our Terms and Condition will apply.
HOW CAN I GET STARTED WITH Oxyfiz?
For having an account (Digital Business Card / Pets ID Tag) on Oxyfiz, and using any of our NFC products, visitors have to create accounts, where they Sign Up and provide some info that required to create their accounts.
Then they can choose plans and products that suites them, add them to Cart, and checkout with any payment method they prefer. For Businesses, Business Admin can contact our Customer Happiness Agents and they will guide them the best way to create business account with Oxyfiz.
WHAT WILL BE THE PRICE STRUCTURE OF Oxyfiz?
Oxyfiz divided prices into 2 parts, license (the online profile created for users) and Products (that support users to access their profiles). Users can select suitable services and products that they need to buy. Products will be purchased one time unless customer need more than 1 product, and service will be yearly amount to be paid to for the license on Oxyfiz website.
WHAT WILL BE THE WARRANTY ON Oxyfiz PRODUCTS?
All products you ordered from Oxyfiz will be tested and quality inspected before shipping to your address. Then user will be responsible to check products if working properly within 48 hours after delivery. However, for any technical support or inquiry, our Customer Happiness Agents will be more than happy to assist you.

HOW CAN I CREATE MY ACCOUNT ON Oxyfiz?
You can set up your Oxyfiz account in two easy ways - either from our Sign Up page or with your social media login process.
To set up your account using our Sign Up page, simply follow these steps:
Click 'Login' at the top of the page.
Click 'Sign Up' on the Login Form.
Enter your name, email address and phone number.
Choose a password and confirm it.
Accept Terms and Conditions and Privacy policy.
Click 'Sign Up'.
To set up your account with your social media login process., follow these steps:
Click 'Login' at the top of the page.
Click 'Sign Up' on the Login Form.
Click on your social media logo.
Oxyfiz will use your social media details to create your account.
CAN I CHANGE MY EMAIL ADDRESS AFTER CREATING MY ACCOUNT?
Unfortunately, you will not be able to change the email address you have used to create your existing account. If you would like to use a different email address, you will have to ‘Sign Up’ and create a new account.
HOW DO I CHANGE MY PROFILE PHOTO?
To change your profile photo, follow these easy steps:
Sign in to your Oxyfiz account.
Go to your ‘Account Menu’ on the top of the Oxyfiz web page
Go to ‘Account Setting‘ option
Go to ‘Personal Information’ section
Click on Edit Photo
Click on ‘Update Info’
HOW DO I CHANGE MY PASSWORD?
To change your password, follow these easy steps:
Login to your Oxyfiz account
Go to your ‘Account Menu’ on the top of the Oxyfiz web page
Go to ‘Account Setting‘ option
Go to ‘Change Password’ section
Enter your current and new password (something secure that's easy to remember), and confirm it.
Click on ‘Update Password’.
HOW CAN I CHANGE ANY OF MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?
To change your personal Information, follow these easy steps:
Sign in to your Oxyfiz account.
Go to your ‘Account Menu’ on the top of the Oxyfiz web page
Go to ‘Account Setting‘ option
Go to ‘Personal Information’ section
Enter your new phone number in the Mobile No. field.
Click on ‘Update Info’

To update your current billing address, follow these easy steps:
Sign in to your Oxyfiz account.
Go to your ‘Account Menu’ on the top of the Oxyfiz web page

Go to ‘Address Book Options’ section
Chose the shipping address you need to update
Click on ‘Update’ and change info of ‘Update Billing Address’ form

HOW CAN I CREATE NEW BILLING ADDRESS?
To create a new billing address, follow these easy steps:
Sign in to your Oxyfiz account.
Go to your ‘Account Menu’ on the top of the Oxyfiz web page

Go to ‘Address Book Options’ section
Click on ‘+Add New Address’
Fill required info on ‘Create Billing Address’ form
Click on ‘Create Billing Address’
HOW Oxyfiz RETURNS PAYMENT?
For accepted return Service (License) or / and order or before delivery canceled order, payments return to your Oxyfiz E-Wallet that you can use it for next purchase on Oxyfiz.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO REFUND MY PAYMENT?
Refund to your Oxyfiz E-Wallet will be credited immediately after return acceptance.
WHAT IS Oxyfiz E-WALLET?
Oxyfiz E-wallet is an electronic wallet associated with your Oxyfiz account that allows you to make online purchases with credit we may have refunded you.
You can use the available E-wallet balance along with Credit Card if your E-wallet amount does not match the entire order value.
CAN I DELETE A CREDIT CARD THAT HAS BEEN SAVED ON Oxyfiz?
Oxyfiz website is not saving details of your credit card.

Enter your shipping address
Choose you payment method

CAN I PLACE AN ORDER OVER THE PHONE?
At the moment, we only accept orders placed through the Oxyfiz website.
CAN I PLACE AN ORDER WITHOUT OPENING AN ONLINE ACCOUNT?
You can do products search or brows and even you can add products to your ‘Cart’ without creating an account on Oxyfiz. but when you ‘Proceed To Checkout’ you need to login or create an account and provide all required information such as payments details and shipping address.
WILL I BE CHARGED FOR DELIVERY?
You will be charged for your delivery’s fees. These fees differ from location to another.
Your delivery charges will be displayed during the Checkout process.
HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You can cancel your order during the confirmation or while it's under preparing by logging into your account and clicking on "Dashboard" > “Orders”.
Every product ordered will be listed there, by clicking on each you will get the option to cancel.
Once your order is customized, shipped or sent out for delivery, you cannot request cancelation your order and in this case Terms and Conditions will apply.
I WAS DISCONNECTED FROM THE INTERNET WHILE MY ORDER WAS BEING PROCESSED. HOW DO I COMPLETE MY ORDER?
If a Thank You screen has not been displayed, or order confirmation Email or SMS not received, it means your order has not been processed. Restart the process and try again please.
HOW TO PAY FOR MY ORDER?
Oxyfiz has different ways of payments method that Customer can chose from, Bank Transfer for Companies, Credit Card, PayPal and Oxyfiz E-Wallet.
DO YOU RESERVE PRODUCTS THAT I ADDED TO MY CART?
Oxyfiz Website shows real time inventory’s availability and no products reservation unless user will complete order Checkout and Payment.
HOW CAN I ORDER PRODUCTS WITH SPECIAL CUSTOMIZATION?
You need to contact Oxyfiz Customer Happiness Agent and specify product and required customization. Our team will be getting back to you after checking with engineering team. Please note that price and delivery time of special customized products will vary. Our team will provide you with exact information accordingly.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
You can return a Service (License) and / or a Product if:
Return must be within 7 days from purchasing date, and;
Non customized Service (License) or product.
An incorrect product (if the product is unused, in original unbroken packaging).
A damaged / defective product.
If your return accepted, Refund will be issued into your Oxyfiz E-Wallet, post inspection at our end.
HOW TO RETURN MY PRODUCT(S)?
Users can return their Services and products within 7 days from purchasing date, where users can go through their “Dashboard” > “Orders” > “View Order” > “Cancel this order” and request a return. Our Customer Happiness agents will follow up on your request and will do needful to return your product and refund your payment.
ARE THERE PRODUCTS I CANNOT RETURN BY RAISING AN ONLINE RETURN REQUEST?
You will not be able to return Service (License) products customized or damaged.
CAN I RETURN PRODUCTS PURCHASED DURING SALES PROMOTIONS?
Products purchased during sales promotions are not eligible for return.
CAN I RETURN PRODUCTS PURCHASED IN BUNDLES?
Products purchased in bundles are not eligible for return.
CAN I EXCHANGE PURCHASED PRODUCTS FOR ANOTHER PRODUCTS?
If you will be able to return your products within 7 days from purchasing date, in the same delivery condition, you might use your refund that credited back to your Oxyfiz E-Wallet to buy new products.
WILL MY VAT BE REFUNDED WHEN MY PRODUCTS ARE RETURNED?
Yes, your VAT will be refunded to you when your return is accepted.
WHEN WILL YOU PICK UP THE PRODUCTS I WANT TO RETURN?
After you request online a return order, our Customer Happiness Agents will verify your request and will arrange a convenient time and day for our delivery agent to pick up your return products within 48 working hours.
HOW LONG IT TAKES TO DELIVER MY ORDER?
During your Checkout process, you will be notified on delivery time for every product. Usually all standard products on Oxyfiz website are available and delivery takes 48 – 72 working hours after completing all required info. For customized products will be case by case, and based on the requirements, our Customer Happiness Agents will be updating you the delivery time accordingly.
WILL I RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION PHONE CALL BEFORE DELIVERY HAPPENS?
We’ll notify you about the status of your order via the email during order confirmation process. and our delivery agent will contact you prior to your delivery, for delivery verification.
WHAT CARRIER SERVICES DO YOU USE TO DELIVER YOUR ORDERS?
We handle delivery through best carrier companies that they are committed to ensure a smooth delivery process for your products.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
As well as being notified by email, you can check the progress and status of your order by logging into your account and clicking on "Dashboard" > “Orders”. Every product ordered will be listed, by clicking on each you will get the status of that product.
When your order is shipped, you will be notified by email, and once it's out for delivery you will receive SMS with delivery agent of the shipment.
WHAT DO I HAVE TO PRESENT AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY?
You may be required to present a valid ID the time of delivery.
CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS AFTER I HAVE PLACED MY ORDER?
No, you will not be able to change it online. But you can ask for a change of address when our delivery agent calls you before delivering your order. If you choose to do that, though, remember that it may delay the delivery or differ shipping fees.
CAN SOMEONE ELSE RECEIVE THE ORDER ON MY BEHALF?
Yes, another person can receive your order on your behalf at the address specified on your order. To do so they must show our delivery agent a valid ID of their own (Passport or Emirates ID). Our delivery agent will have a copy of that ID to attach with delivery note for our records.
I FORGOT MY PASSWORD, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
To reset your password, Go to “Login” > “Forgot password?”. Type your email address and then hit “Send Reset Link”, A password reset link will be sent to your email.
IS MY ACCOUNT AND PAYMENT INFORMATION SECURE ON Oxyfiz?
